About Kaw Valley Heating & Cooling

Kaw Valley Heating & Cooling started in 1976 from a Saturday breakfast table conversation
between my father, Onis Lemon, (a bank loan officer), and Bob Reed. After a 45-minute chat, he
agreed to back Bob and his dream of keeping families comfortable in their homes.

Bob’s integrity laid the foundation for our motto: Families Keeping Families Comfortable. As the
business grew and Bob’s family joined in, that mission deepened. In May 2018, history repeated
itself at the kitchen table with my dad, Bob, and me charting a new chapter for Kaw Valley
Heating & Cooling.

Today, we’re a family-operated company. David Lemon, along with his wife Jody, guides the
direction. Our son Tyler and his wife Ansley support operations, and Krista, our daughter-in-law
helps in the office. We continue the tradition of Families Keeping Families Comfortable, treating
every employee and customer as family. Our promise: your family’s comfort is ours.
