Sample checklist of our furnace maintenance work
We will arrive Bi-annually, once in the spring and once in the fall. In the spring, we would like to have 4-5 days of constant 70+ degree weather to have adequate conditions to check the AC for proper charge. We will bring a filter to either leave with you or change it if the system needs it for both visits.
In the fall we will check proper operation of your heating equipment to ensure that it is running to its best performance level. We will also include a 10% discount on service calls in the event that there is a failure in the system.
